Yes. Simply ‘Press and Hold’ on any thumbnail and you’ll be able to quickly select multiple files.
Yes. To turn notifications on, select the Notifications option under the Settings tab. Then tap on the disabled notification field and you’ll be sent to your iPhone’s Settings page where you can turn on and control notifications settings for Cubes.
Yes, you can block any file you don’t want to see in the future by 'Pressing and Holding' on the thumbnail, followed by selecting the trash icon. You will then be given the option to ‘Remove’ the file or ‘Add to Blocklist’. Select the Add to Blocklist option and the file will not be displayed from future incoming emails.
To download a specific attachment start by selecting, with a single tap, the thumbnail that belongs to the file. Once selected you will see a larger thumbnail of the same file along with the email details for the attachment. A single tap on the larger thumbnail will download the actual file. Once downloaded you can pinch and zoom on the file directly.
Yes. To send an attachment from Cubes, start by selecting the content with a single tap on the small thumbnail. Then from the large thumbnail screen select the email out icon (looks like a paper airplane or arrow). You can then enter an email address and send an email with the attached content.
We currently support MS Exchange Server 2013 and newer. Older versions of Exchange are currently not supported.
We currently only support Dropbox as our first cloud storage partner. We are working hard to integrate with other cloud storage providers and will notify all of our users as they become available.
Yes. Users with Dropbox accounts with two-step verification turned on will be asked to enter the 6 digit code Dropbox sends you before connection to Cubes is completed.
While it’s not mandatory to verify your registration, we would highly recommend doing so. Simply click on the verify button in the email you received and we will authenticate your email address to your Cubes registration.
Currently you can connect your email and Dropbox accounts to Cubes. We are working hard to integrate with Social networks (along with other cloud based services) and will notify you as new services become available for your Cubes.
‘Cube it’ allows the you to quickly add content to a custom cube. Custom cubes are an easy way to organize content from different places; ex. ‘Purchase Orders’, ‘Tickets’ or ‘Family'. There's a ‘Cube it’ button in the app when you’re on the content screen. You can also 'Cube it’ by double tapping on any thumbnail.
